The Finance & General Services Committee scehduled to be held on Tuesday 11th March 2025, was not held as the meeing was inquorate.
- The draft minutes of the previous meeting will be scheduled for approval in April.
- Annual Grant recipient who are due the final installment of their grant will be paid as agreed.
- The report of the NCC NEIGHBOURHOOD SERVICES PARTNERSHIP MEETING, 18th February 2025, will be scheduled for receipt in April.
- The FESTIVE LIGHTING PROCUREMENT is in motion. Those members and officers proposed for the evaluation panel will be taken as confirmed and procurment will proceed as planned.
- The WORKERS MEMORIAL – ST JOHN’S CHURCH YARD will proceed under the delegated powers of the Executive Officer and Chair, as the spending is less than £2,000.
- The item concerning DOG FOULING IN ASHINGTON and any action as a result will be scheduled for April.
- NORTH SEATON COLLIERY PLAY AREA REDEVELOPMENT will be scheduled for April and the expected timetable will be amended accordingly.
- CONFIDENTIAL ITEM – LEGAL MATTER the Council’s decision can only be taken forward with an agreed minute; this will be taken at the March Full Council meeting.
