Wansbeck Wanderers Walking Football Club Awarded £500 Grant
This short film, created by Luk-Luk Productions, features Wansbeck Wanderers Walking Football, a thriving local group that welcomes players from age 18 right through to over 80.
The team has gone from strength to strength and now has more than 80 members — with numbers still growing. Thanks to a £500 grant from Ashington Town Council, the Wanderers will be able to put this funding towards purchasing new team strips, helping to give the group a stronger identity and sense of pride both on and off the pitch.
