The day starts at 10.30am with the Miners’ Memorial Service.

11.15am - 1.00pm

Following the service, the brass bands Ashington Colliery Brass Band, Bedlington Brass Ellington Colliery Brass Band and Jayess Newbiggin Brass Band will move to the main stage to start the celebrations.

1.15pm - 1.45pm

The Blyth Tall Ship Sea Shanty Singers will take to the stage. The group formed through a series of wellbeing sessions.

2.10pm – 2:40pm Rock Choir Chester-Le-Street Durham Hexham Newcastle Ponteland & Sunderland

3:00pm – 4:00pm Northern Monkey Brass Band

4:00pm – 4:55pm New York Brass Band

Grab your deckchair, layout the picnic blanket and get settled for a fantastic day of music and entertainment, all compered by the fabulous The Bread And Butter Theatre Company
