Coronation of His Majesty King Charles the Third
On Saturday 6 May 2023, the coronation of His Majesty King Charles the Third will take place at Westminster Abbey in London.
To celebrate the Coronation, an extra bank holiday will take place on Monday 8 May 2023, two days after the official ceremony to allow people to come together and celebrate.
There are a host of events and activities happening in Ashington in celebration of the Coronation.
