Community Health Champion
I have recently completed the Community Health Champion training course, which is part of the Public Health Team's provision of specialist health improvement support and training to local organisations and individuals with the aim of reducing health inequalities and improving the health and wellbeing of those living and working within Northumberland.
The training enables me to sign post to health and wellbeing information and services available across Northumberland.
