Ashington Hirst runners enjoy the camaraderie and support of club members while improving their speed, endurance, and running skills. Visit the Ashington Hirst Running Club website at http://www.ashingtonhirstrunningclub.co.uk or Facebook page at https://ashingtonhirstrunningclub.co.uk/ to learn more about this welcoming running group and how to get involved in upcoming runs and events.

The Club is hosting a charity event on Saturday, March 23rd in Ashington Community Woods, Margisons Miles - RaceBest. The event aims to raise money and awareness for the Wansbeck Valley Food Bank. The club welcomes and encourages volunteers to help out for an hour or two during the event. Participants can run or walk to raise funds that will go directly to supporting the food bank and helping community members in need. Even sparing a little bit of time to cheer on participants or help with event logistics goes a long way. The Ashington Hirst Running Club thanks the community in advance for supporting this cause that does so much to help local families and individuals who are facing food insecurity.
