Ashington to Host Prestigious Triathlon Event
Ashington has again been chosen to host the GB age group qualifying triathlon event.
The triathlon will take place at Woodhorn Museum and QEII Country Park on Saturday, 9 July 2022 and has been organised by Ashington based event company, VO2Max Racing Events.
The 2022 Woodhorn Museum Triathlon has been selected to host the World Standard Distance Triathlon Age Group Qualifier for the 2023 World Championship & the European Sprint Distance Triathlon Age Group Qualifier for the 2023 European Championship.
The Woodhorn Museum triathlon is an ideal event for individuals and relay teams of all abilities, so if you are a new to the sport, there’s no need to be concerned about entering, this is an ideal event for the novice and season competitor.
