Wansbeck Community Engagement Day
Wansbeck Community Links Team are to hold a Wansbeck Community Engagement Day on Tuesday 21st March 2023.
The team of four are employed by Cygnus support, and provide a Link Worker (Social Prescribing) service for the patients of WPCN (Bedlingtonshire, Gables, Guidepost & Seaton Park GP surgeries).
They also work closely with the local Community, to bring people together, build up resources and help fill gaps in provision. Strengthening community assets and bringing pride back into the local area.
There will be a wealth of support, advice and information available on the day so why not pop along for a free cuppa.
