Improvement Works To Play Areas
Improvement work has recently taken place at the popular Paddock Wood Play Area in North Seaton.
Two new self-closing access gates have been fitted by the Town Council’s Neighbourhood Service Officers, Mark Air and Ryan Appleby, as well as a general tidy of the play area. Further works will take place in the next few days to install a swing following recent damage.
Minor improvement works have also taken place at North Seaton Colliery and Bywell road Play areas in recent days.
Following vandalism to the Alexandra Road Play Area, repairs to the safety surface will take place shortly, weather permitting, that will enable the opening of the play area. We would encourage all residents to report any vandalism or anti-social behaviour issues to Northumbria Pollice at the earliest opportunity.
